Pullups... something I really should improve on. Time to see what advice the interwebs gives me once again...

This helped me a lot to get into pullups

So, 50g nutritech whey+ 1.5tbsp peanut butter + water at right consistency in the deep freeze makes a pretty good desert. Didn't think it would work with normal whey.

Thinking of taking a rest week next week since I'm moving house. So is there a proper way to do it? Do I stick with my routine but go super easy, do something completely different, sit in front of the PC and play games all day? :p

Don't know wtf I did, only did squats this week (Tuesday) - and my shoulder is killing me today.

Sup everybody.. When you workout do you do as many reps possible? Or do you simply increase the weight you work with so that within the 8th to 12th set you fail? People say on the net that 8 to 12 reps and about 3 to 8 sets are ideal so I was just wondering with the interest of muscle gain.
Also, should you push to that "throwing up" feeling with each workout?

Are you doing a survey or are you looking for advice for yourself? If so, what are your goals?

He was born in 1961

Yes, I know.

But still ... actually, I wanted to say that he looks like a big Australian doofus ... with that floppy hat.

EDIT: Althoug, after some further searching I see that he has a shaved head.

Lack of carbs kicked in today :(

I was suffering last week doing the following as my last set of my leg day:
8x stiff leg deadlift
12x hyperextensions

Today I almost died, even after dropping the stiff leg deadlifts by 20kg.

Two weeks to cheat meal :(
