Are you doing a survey or are you looking for advice for yourself? If so, what are your goals?Sup everybody.. When you workout do you do as many reps possible? Or do you simply increase the weight you work with so that within the 8th to 12th set you fail? People say on the net that 8 to 12 reps and about 3 to 8 sets are ideal so I was just wondering with the interest of muscle gain.
Also, should you push to that "throwing up" feeling with each workout?
