Would like to ask another possible stupid question.

With all the exercises I do, I get that burning muscle feeling. But when it comes to bench press and flyes I do not get that sensation at all. I still go to the point of failure but never feel the muscles burning. Am I doing it wrong? Wider grip perhaps? Currently benching 60k and can't go higher yet as I won't be able to finish my sets.

Bump!

Nobody?

My friend asked the "National Promotions Co-ordinator" at Evox, "I am an evox consumer, can you please tell me what the percentage split is between whey protein and casein protein, in your synergy whey protein product."

The answer received was:
Thank you for contacting Evox Advanced Nutrition, The Protein Specialists.

Please note that we can not divulge[1] sensitive formula information. However please note that there is a good balance between the two proteins.

Right :erm: So if one is being quite specific on what type of protein one is consuming, rest assured, you are getting a "good balance" if consuming Evox Synergy Whey :p

Well Chris Jones was saying no need to go to failure. I watched this a while ago, can't recall exactly what they said but bookmarked the spot for you: Tips To Bench Press To Failure Safely & Do You Have To Bench To... http://youtu.be/50kwH62F5Gk?t=5m1s

3DT is The worst tasting pre I have ever tasted. I don't care what they put in it, I'm too scared to try 3DT2. It really was that bad.

Really? I was going to get the Evox 3DT2 when my Cipla Pump is finished. The Cipla is a orange flavour. What flavour is the 3Dt2?

The one I tried was mango punch if I remember correctly. But my mates at dischem said that all of them are awful. They do work reasonably well though, if you can tolerate the taste and just chug it down.

Pretty much what I do.

I've found pre-workouts give you the edge for a short while, then you're body adjusts and you're back to where you were.

Now its just a black coffee for me, otherwise I'll end up sleeping in the car before I get to gym.

On another note, saw the funniest thing at gym today, was like the pictures you see on the net.

Walked out the gym with my wife, and a black Audi TT pulls up at the front entrance with some guy and his girlfriend/wife, I noticed weird patterned maroon spray paint on the passenger side, thinking, "why would you do that, it looks ****" - then when crossed in front of the TT, and in the same maroon - P.OES!!! Guess the guy pissed off someone :p

I can believe this. I dont have that same tingling feeling anymore after taking it.

Yeah, you develop a tolerance very quickly :( Ephedrine used to be awesome, but alas, it's actually really bad for you. And very much illegal now.

It should still be beneficial though because of the creatine content? Maybe I must rather not buy preworkout again and rather get Evox Creatine HCL

Buy a pull up bar, the type that you hang on the door frame. I think game sell it the "Iron Gym".

Than Push ups, sit ups, pull ups. Cant go wrong.

Do any of those work pecs? Calves and stomach I do at home when not at gym to try and speed it up, but do not know what I can do to get my pecs going faster?
