over the past year i have lost probably more than 50% of my strength and can feel i lost size as well from lacking time and motivation, i find that when i get to gym lately i half arse it, need to get myself going again and eating properly.
any suggestions for a simple plan to get me motivated again? I am guessing that suggestions would be 5 x 5 but surprise mealso any suggestions on high protein bulking foods / shakes / smoothies that one could make cheaply?
Find a training partner who is serious about his stuff. A good training partner that can push you beyond failure is the best motivation you can get.
