Well he can do something I can't so good for him. I can't criticize unless I can do it better. That's my philosophy

But, yes I do not thing it can be too good although... Muscle ups is not really a aesthetic sculpture exercise so might not be so bad after all?

Regardless, one should try to use both sides equally else it leads to imbalances, yeah?

Drinking my BCAAs with some protein powder. Tastes disgusting. What do you guys take your BCAAs with?

OK, youtube tells me the guy was doing a "beginner" muscle up, hence the one side goes up first...

Not bad, I should start practicing muscle ups.

I ordered a whole bunch of The Real Thing omega 3 fish oil capsules. It's supposed to be good for fat loss and muscle gain. Anyone here swear by the stuff?

Don't what "The real" omega oil is, I use the normal Omega 3s from clicks.

The real omega oil 3 is very good. I don't know about fat loss or building muscle with it, but it is very good for you. Helps get your balance between omega 3 and 6 back in line, because most foods that do contain omegas, contain 6 and not 3.

The dietitians will also tell you all kinds of more stories about it, whether they are true or not is another research away for, just haven't had time yet.

Cool, when you say it's very good, do you actually notice the difference between a good and a "bad" brand? Which brand do you use?
Afaik The Real Thing are quite good about monitoring the purity of their products and ensuring their are no heavy metals present in their fish oils. A lot of other brands don't have such a strict screening process.

Their products are nice...check out their medimushroom mix too. I like to add the powder from a few caps to my smoothies.

I don't know whether I notice it or not vs other products, never used any other omega 3 products.
Whether it is actually good, you can look at the ingredients in it vs other products, then decide for yourself, do you want a product with more natural ingredients vs a product with less natural ingredients.

Usually when there is less natural ingredients, you will see that there is stuff in that to me sound poisonous. I don't know, thats just my opinion at the very least.

Ta lol... looks dangerous!

I told banting to take a hike yesterday and had chips and toast with my wimpy brunch... I also had oats for brekkies.
What a difference!

There's no way I can get through Mike Chang's phase 2 day 2 workout feeling reasonable without carbs.

50x wide grip pull-ups
5 sets deadlift (aim for 10 ea)
6 giant sets Preacher Curls, Hammer Curls, Shrugs (aim for 10 for each exercise - dropsets)
3 sets of cardio (x2 different)

Biceps are dead after that. Definitely stuff to do on banting!

So, have the "Chinese scientists" revealed the secrets to obtain a shortcut to six-packs?
