How I do pullups when nobody is watching

Okay, finally pulling the plug and getting the NUTRITECH 100% PURE WHEY 3.2KG.

1. Is there any flavors i should avoid?
2. How long does xtreme nutrition take to deliver? Or should I just go to the store?
3. Do I take this with water or milk?
4. Can you bake with the stuff?
 
Okay, I finished a course of Creatine and USN's Hyperbolic Mass (hard gainer here) last week. I am aware that USN is not considered an elite brand, but I was trying to balance claimed gains and price. The Hyperbolic Mass looked to offer what I need(ed); bulk mass gain.

1 - Negligible gain in weight. Only thing I noticed was a bloated feeling after the shake and it did work well as a meal supplement, I wasn't hungry before/during/after workouts. I actually had to cut back on my serving as the bloating got so bad I was uncomfortable and was tiring quickly.
2 - Initial early gains in strength but then I plateaued. Now, I can't say if this was due to the supplements or a placebo effect.
3 - I feel less ''pumped'' since coming off of the supplements. Again, not sure if this is a mind thing.
4 - My brother did notice that I started looking ''fuller'' and my uncle, an ex-powerlifter, commented on the shape and growth of my upper arms and shoulders. Again, not sure if this was all me or if the supplements (Creatine) had a hand in it.

down from 120kg to 113kg in 3 months.
I train 5-6 times a week.

1. Cream Soda! Urgh!!! My recoomendation is to stick to Choc, Strawberry or Choc Mint.
2. No idea. If the price is a lot lower, wait for delivery. Can't be more than 2 days.
3. Both work great.
4. Not sure about baking but I mix mine with double cream plain yogurt for a snack.

+1 on the flavors... I mix with water, no complaints.
 
Thanks guys, you are awesome. Got vanilla for now. Will try different ones after its done. Im not a choc fan :)
 
Not a vanilla fan so I guess taste is a subjective thing. Who would have thunk it? :p

I have the chocolate Nutritech whey. It's actually very sweet. Been using a half dose with a heaped teaspoon of SSN BCAA and teaspoon of L-glutamine post workout. Need to use my BCAAs up and they taste horrible alone.
 
Seems like you guys would know. I switched up my excersize plan yesterday, I'm in pain :o. Do you rest a day when you feel like this or push through another session?
 
Seeing some amazing gains on my current plan, just finished my 6 week, 7 day plan and that helped a tonne!

I am at the heaviest I have been with all my exercises! :D

My 2c, rest the sore muscles but do something to get the blood flowing which will assist in recovery. Like maybe 15 - 20min on the exercise bike or rowing machine?
 
I'd also suggest rest.

Your body is telling you it needs recovery. Maybe just go for a walk for the next two days.

Lol! Started out with 45 minute spinning class felt fantastic.... Did 30 minutes of weights... Oi. Spinning gave me a false sense of well being :D :D
