I got a great big jab of tost-ter-on in buttocks and the fat just fell off. Never saw the inside of a gym.

LOL, or not! One shot of Test will hardly do anything to make fat fall off. In fact, it might just make you gain fat. People who uses Test will have an abundance of testosterone and that will be converted to estrogen.

Estrogen is one of the things that makes men fat  Unless you are talking about Stanozolol that is not esterified and I still think you are full of BS because, one: it is not a Test but synthetic and second one shot will do nothing and even in large cycles have not been proven to aid in burning fat. It does however retain less water than other testosterone...

Yeah, like xrapidx said, you should be looking at your whole diet. If you are eating too little then any protein you eat will be used for energy and will be wasting. The trick is to eat enough carbs and good fats to fuel the body and then have some extra protein to build the muscle. So lets say you need 2500Kcal a day to maintain weight you should aim to eat about 2300Kcal in carbs & fat and another 700Kcal in protein to build muscle at .5kg a week.

Protein, carbs and fat can be used as an energy source, but protein's main function is to build muscle and by eating complex carbs you are providing your body with available energy most of the day so that protein is used for what it is meant. Send me a PM with your email if you want and we can have a look at what you need eat to build muscle.

Thanks for the offer Chris but I find that with the family and crazy schedule at the moment it's hard enough maintaining a balanced healthy diet let alone a prescribed one. I wouldn't want to waste your time working this out if I know there is little chance of me sticking to it.

I'm kind of looking for general guidelines I can try to adhere to.

Np, the info in my sig and what I have posted above is as general as you can get. The bottom line is that you need to eat enough complex carbs to give your body fuel and then add protein to that to build muscle. This is the only way you will build good clean muscle. Oh, and try and eat 5 times a day and have a good intake of minerals and vitamins.

Edit: if you think you are eating enough then make sure that you do flat benchpress, squats and deadlifts once a week. Those are the most important exercises if you want to build muscle.

Dude don't bother trying to cut all carbs out like bodybuilders do pre contest. You will feel like absolute crap and crave sugar like it is crack cocaine. Just don't eat carbs after around 2pm and eat a big high carb (oats) breakfast. Stick to lean meat and veggies (no potato/sweet potato) after that. Just eat small meals every 3 hours and you will lose fat guaranteed. The discipline is the only hard part and avoiding restaurant food and take aways is not easy for most :)

Biogen products - Rather buy Evox. It is a better brand. Biogen is owned by Dischem which is why the reps there say its so great. Evox is the best local brand if you want results. Avoid USN as well! Particularly their muscle/mass gaining rubbish. No serious bodybuilders would touch that cr@p.

I agree about the taking a week off thing as well. About every 2 months. I struggle to stay away from gym but damn sometimes after that week off I go back and improve on all my lifts :) Gym is the highlight of my day lol but being almost 31 now its hard to keep my size 30 belt fitting :)

Getting your diet right is WAY more important than exercising - rather cut down 20min of your exercise program for a week, and spend that extra time working out your diet for a week - after awhile it becomes habit, and you find you don't actually need to work anything out.

Evox has always been my local favourite, I remember buying from them when all they had was a cellphone number on the adverts, think it was Brett who answered.

USN, I've never liked, maybe a personal favourite, a "Mr. Physic SA" trains at VA Century City, and he's got "USN Sponsored" plasters on his car, I said to my girlfriend yesterday, I'll put R1,000 on the table that the sponsor ship only happened after he won the competition - before that he was using other products (probably still is).

LMAO. True. Testosterone is not a fat burner per say, for that you need deca or clen or something.

Nice thread!

Last night while training back i fainted!

I've been out of the gym for a few years and this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this.

Anyone had this sort of experience?

It has happened to me a few times, and I've had to pull my car to the side of the road to puke on the way home once... You just pushed yourself too hard. I'd recommend you take it a little slower next time and see how it goes... If it happens again with lower weights you should see a doctor.

Low blood pressure?

I get lightheaded if I stand-up too quick... also, considering my current fitness level, every day this week I've trained to borderline vomiting.

Probably unhealthy, but my heart-rate average is around 174 for 50min.

Alright, thanks for the advice! I'll try a bit lower and keep an eye on the blood pressure.

Guys, I am so scared because of this whole Caster Semenya mess. I've been on clen + t3 cycles and had great results. I started speaking to some US fitness models & they sent me their on & off season cycles of clen & t3, with a lot of them incorporating winny & var. I read up more about them for myself & got interested, but very put off by the potential virilization in women. I know var is supposed to be easier on ladies than winny & that we're supposed to take miniscule doses compared to men. But I want to know from the guys & any ladies who compete - how bad can it get? Whats the worst case scenario that you've personally seen or experienced in terms of side effects on a woman.

I need to convince myself once and for all that I don't need/want it. But I wonder if I'm not ignoring something that could be great for me.

T3:
The biggest problem with T3 is that it can cause a PERMANENT thyroid shut down if used for too long or if dosages are too high.

Winstrol(Stanozolol):
Wiinny is a strong androgenic steroid and will cause side effects on sexual organs and can cause unwanted body hair (a like beard lol). The degree of side effect depends on the dosages.

Anavar:
Var is a 17α-alkylated steroid. This is required to pass the steroid through the stomach and into the liver where it gets absorbed. It is very poisonous to the liver and extended usage can cause liver cancer.

Edit1: Taking everything above into account, it is possible to use them in a safe way if you do it correctly and the dosages are low enough.

Edit2: Anavar is easier on ladies because it is not as strong as Winnie. You need to take more pills to get same strengths so for ladies it is "better" as you are able to take smaller doses than other oral steroids.

Ok so I know you've probably heard this before, but....

Hi Guys,

I've been training on and off for about two and a half years gonr from around 64 to now 89, but my diet is a mess. I have googled and googled more but can't seem to put together a diet that doesnt kill my budget and also I work in IT so Im running around alot and cant spend 4 hours of my day preparing meals and the only time I get to Train is from 8pm to 9pm.

I bought the following supp's

WAR Multivitamin 300 90 tabs
Muscle Science Optimum Anabolic 5KG
SSN Creatine Monohydrate 455g
SSN EFA Softgels 180 tabs
WAR Glutamine 275g
SPS N.O. Blast 455g

What I wanted to ask, how would you guys (who obviously know more than me) structure a meal plan and what food would you recommend also incorporating the above Sup's, taking into consideration the taining time of 8 - 9 pm.

I know this has been discussed before but I just can't seem to find one that actually works and I can stick to.

I would appreciate and feedback....

Thanks Guys

@ Spazmatic: Welcome to the forum! Do me a favor, PM me the food that you can afford on your budget and I will have a look at a meal plan for you. As for the supps you have, I will use them in 4 servings...
1) Vitamins, EFAs - morning with breakfast
2) Anabolic shake - once or twice a day at work depending on how much food you are able to take with you
3) N.O. Blast 30 minutes before gym and
4) Creatine and Glutamine directly after gym with some fruit juice

Can I go to gym, run and workout my muscles everyday?

Whats the difference between gym and workout your muscles?

Generally - you don't want to over train... for body building, you probably don't want too - you want to use all the resources in your body for building muscle - so stick to small amount of warm-up cardio and weight training, and a decent diet...

For general fitness, my personal believe is - do as much as your body tells you you can do - i.e. if you start getting odd muscle pains, or cramp, feel really fatigued the following day, etc - you're over doing it.

Personally - I know my body can take a fitness beating - I used to row 10km every morning + 5km jog - and then did weight training in the afternoon - six days a week - maintained a body weight between 95kg and 105kg with around 8-14% body fat... but that was a long time ago...

Trying to get back there - except not used to dieting to loose weight....
