You don't have to run to get your heart rate going. man when I lift weights it's rather intense, I mean this mornings session of weights my HR was up to 165BPM at some stages now thats eating calories.

Hey to burn fat i am basically at the moment having a special k/all bran mix with skim milk at 8 then one at about 11 then fruit and salad the whole day and i eat a normal meal at about 6.
Is this fine or should i get some protein shakes?
In all honesty I cannot write-off Dischem in terms of supplement purchase. I have had a look on Supplementworld.co.za and have found that their products are not really cheaper. Perhaps it's all about location, but I recently bought BSN NO-Explode for about R100 less at Dischem than on Supplementworld.
PS: I can honestly say after using NO-Explode that I now know what all the fuss is about and why it won supplement of the year for 5 years running. I provides you with so much vooma and pump that you can really feel your muscles as you do every exercise. It may be expensive but its worth it. If you get it, make sure you take it at least 4 hours before you go to bed otherwise no sleep you will get.
