Wait bluno i think i meant those vegan okes who just show fruit nuts etc.
I don't chow anything but oats and fruit in a day and i have a normal meal for dinner be it pasta or pizza or anything lekka

. I eat water melon, grape fruit, oranges, apples and my fav raspberries ( damn expensive).
Of course if you eat high carbs foods like bread, pasta blah blah you will get fat but if you stick to oats fruits and nuts you will not gain weight. I only eat a nice meal at night or i tend to binge on shyte like chips and chocolates. Bluno the trouble with other oats is they take long to cook. Instant oats is easy pour some in a bowl, add water and chow. I add honey to my oats to give it a bit of sweet taste.
Eating carbs before bed time is not always bad, your body recharges at night so there is a conflicting evidence that suggests eating carbs and that sort of thing is not as bad as people have said it is.
Obviously eating a huge meal before bed time is not good but a small snack prior to sleep is not going to harm you. Eating oats before bed would be better than not eating. A small helping would be fine and there are times when i have sat watching champions league that i have had a bowl of oats during half time because i felt hungry.
