OK, just came upon this bodyBuildingThread now....LMAO!

Why, on EARTH, do you guys wana pump pills down your bodies? Go natural pls tog...I love going to the gym, benching my bodyweight and then walking off to spinning class...as I do that, I look at you ous that walk around after pushing a measly 30kg i each arm for curls and then walk around with your shoulders shrugged???WTF???? Why do you guys walk like that? YOU'RE not THAT big jeeez...Ronie is big...Clay is big, but these wana be bodybuilders you find in the gymnowadays with vests on and tatoos for Africa...ha ah...sorry guys, stick to your day job, let your shoulders down, and stop banging the damn weights and shouting at each other...you guys look like douchebags!

I was at gym today and whilst I was throwing my weights on the floor I couldnt help but think back to this post

I also came to the conclusion that theres a gym for people like you, its called CURVES

I couldnt care if guys think they are big, are big, grunt, scream, shout, bang their weights....
I only care if they dont put their weights back....thats about it..
If you are busy looking at these guys and whinging about all their habits etc, then you are not gyming properly..
oh, and i have doubts you could properly bench your body weight...

No offence but dropping/throwing your weights on the floor is bloody annoying and completely unneccesary. It's the sign of being a bit of a douché.

Yea ok, good luck putting your weights down gently when you are doing heavy dumb bell presses, without snapping your wrist or giving yourself a hernia
Its a gym, not a spa
 
One thing I've noticed in my gym is that it's always one or two okes who think they have to do it and even their fellow brick outhouses get annoyed with them.
 
Fair enough but you must admit there are guys out there who drop weights just to get attention no matter what the excercise.

haa haha ha ahaahhaaa, damn I literaly ROLLED on the FLOOR, while curling! LOL for your info I'm actualy an avid bodybuilding fan, thus I call all these okes fakes...they pump their bodies full of crap to attain a certain look, that's it, in varsity we had benchpress comps regularly, lol, back then pushing my 90kg frame was a piece of cake, and the guys who normaly phsyche each other up, like you guys, were the ones who couldn't even bench a measly 70kgs...

LOL - admittedly, I'm on a mission to drop weight now, as the defined chest and broad shoulders isn't really cool anymore, and quite honestly its hard to maintain, which I will take my hat off ot guys who gym regularly and consistantly increase weight every week or two! Its a massive task. You dont see Ronnie Coleman dropping weights now do you? Even in his movies where they fool around, there's no BANGING of weights...and screaming for a flippen 30kg curl!

Oh, for your info, I curled 30kg dumbells in varsity, in varsity all we did was spend time in the gym...lol, it was more a competition than a look, i'm ripped or my arm is 10cm etc. For guys who know what the essense of bodybuilding is, big ups, to guys who defend their weight dropping antics on the mere fact that their in a gym and should do that, even when gym management TOLD them NOT to do so, you guys are LAME! Oh, My bodyweight now is 104...with 15% fat, obviously around the belly areay, as will ANY fitness knowing person know, is the most difficult place to lose weight, NATURALLY! I've been struggling on and off for a year now and still can't get it off...its like I get it off...down to 12% in Dec, and then again, lol as per usual, its back again! I've been spinning alot now, this brings me to a question for the bodybuilders on here...do ya'll ONLY lift "ysters" or do ya'll also do some form of cardio, and, according to ya'll, is weight training better than cardio when wanting to loose weight?

LOL, the doushe bags don't have to answer, coz their answer will be, drop weight like I'm dropping weights! QUICK! Oh with a pill or two to boot!

LOL yes, like they'll spin or be on the treadmill, and when no one looks at them and their tight little vest, which they wear EVERYDAY, they pull out a 20kg dumbell from nowwhere and drop it on the floor and continue normally as if nothing happened! LOL

They might be able to help you with your self esteem issues. Seriously... If you need to insult people on an online forum
To feel better about yourself, your bellyfat should be your least concern.

That's quite impressive, no matter who you are or what you are using. Well, at least from my point of view, seeing that I'll never get to that level! (well, maybe in a decade or so :p)

haaaahahahaahha...lol telling people not to bang weights is an insult? LMAO...haaaahahahahaha, lol, didn't someone do a study and the outcome was, bodybuilders have self esteem isues? LOL..go figure!

now, stop defending the NEED to be noticed!

LOL, I know a 78 y.o man who benches 210kg!!! So, 270kg man...you need to step yo game up! Haaahahahahaha

BS, Dude. The world record for the 70+ age category is 190kg, and that is with a full double ply open back bench shirt. Nobody in the world at that age has ever benched even close to 210kg. I'd be very surprised if anyone over 70 years of age can do a raw 160kg or even 150kg for that matter. Instead of shooting your mouth off about something you know nothing about, you should instead start worrying about improving your own bench because there are 17 year old girls weighing 75kg that can bench almost double what you can.
 
I would assume you're talking to me? While your comment might be true, one does not need a particularly high testosterone level in order to call BS when you see it...
