yep i joined but to be honest havent really kept up with it, logged a few days only

I usually log when I'm having coffee... it also helps if you have someone to challange on the site... because then you push harder, like my fiancé trying to catch up to me in points, which
 
wednesday is the issue though.



my problem is drinking and eating bad on the weekends. during the week i can sort of control myself :p and i am well aware that diet makes a huge part of it :)

forgive my ignorance but what is whey isolate? i understand it is a form of whey powder, of which is found in for example my evox synergy but how do you take it? also as a shake?

so would that be better than the evox synergy? my gym partner has stopped the evox synergy as he says it is making him fat?

Ondier perhaps if you can suggest which of your products to take in which quantities?

Isolate is much more pure that Concentrate, Concentrate has 70 – 80% protein absorption while Isolate has 90% +

My girlfriend has been using it for 4 months now, she lost +- 10kg, but she does 1 hour cardio each and every day

I read a interesting article a few weeks back regarding a diet, basically the whole week you are not allowed to take in any carbs or calories (or very low for that matter), and weekend it’s all you can eat…lol it’s called “The Body Opus Diet”, a few people have had good results from it, another successful diet is the Ketogenic diet, which is high fat/protein – low carb diet
 
So far, its great, gave my left over Basic Supplements to my girlfriend :) I see you're experimenting with new flavours... looking forward to the final decision, chocolate has never been my favourite flavour.

Good stuff will send you some of the new flavors- should get them by middle to end of this week :-)

Samples will be for free brother. Would just like your feedback. As I must take 100kg of Isolate at a time I won't be able to run all flavours- so basically want to get with 2 or 3 good flavors and run with them. :-)

Ah yes - keep forgetting you order in bulk... will be good to have a flavour selection - the chocolate doesn't go down well with my oats... :p

Yes I have to as it is coming from the USA. The choc goes very well with my oats- but I moer it all in a blender (including the raw oats) with my L Glutamine and Creatine- and that does one hell of a nice pre and post workout. The fine texture of the raw blended oats gets absorbed nicely and creates a long sustained release of energy :-)

Maybe I should try that - currently adding it to cooked oats, 75g oats to 60g of whey.
 
You won't regret- I use about 60 grams of raw oats on 45 - 55g of protein ISolate

And 5grams of creatine and 5-7grams of L Glutamine

EDIT: And you can add a hand of raisins in there as well :-)

Hey dudes, what do u know about SSN's Crea-pump? Safe enough?

If i take this pre-workout then i shouldnt take other creatine post workout too or should i? Crea-pump has 5g creatine mono/EE in it if i am not mistaken. I weigh 65kg so 5g creatine IIRC is the right dosage for me.

Bought my first why protein shake today, i see it recommends 1 scoop, 30 grams, how many table spoons is this 2?

Found the scoop inside it, ok so it says 1 rounded scoop does that mean like just a bit more than a full scoop?

Means a full up scoop so think over flowing, I.e rounded
