Saw the funniest thing today, guy was 'deadlifting' about 240kg's
first of all he took about 10 minutes in between "sets" which was a little bit frustrating because I wanted the squat rack, but it was worth the wait as it was hilarious to watch anyway.. possibly the worst form i've seen in my life, arched back, legs looked like they were going to snap they were shaking so badly, bent elbows, and sheer desperation to lift the weight.. the added scream on his one "rep" was classic
dont these chops notice when half the gym is rolling their eyes at them?
yes it would
but I was thinking in terms of deadlifts etc, and was going to advise against using them for a while.. but no need then
if your wrists are hurting on db presses then your grip is probably wrong
On my db shoulder press mainly, having problems getting 24s up..also on my db press getting the 30s up...once I'm up I usually get somebody to spot my wrists and I'm good to go.Might not seem too heavy but I'm only 16![]()
Hi guys,
I want to get myself a pre-workout drink and from the reviews I have read Jack3d seems to be the best.
I just want to find out: If I am happy with my gains after finishing one container, can I stop using the product or do I need to continue using a pre-workout supp to maintain the new muscle ?
I also have problems with getting dumbbells up - not sure why, can go way heavier with barbell than dumbbells.
I don't know of a Gym, but I've had some pretty good advice from watching videos and listening to recorded phone calls from http://strongliftsinnercircle.com/ They also have a free version of the website for beginners http://stronglifts.com/ which I started out with last year.Anyone know of a gym that would be able to give proper advice on lifting technique?
My squats literally died after I hurt my hip in December - and I just can't get them right...went from 150kg full to struggling with 95kg.
Don't trust advice from Virgin.
You have to cycle Jack3d - two months on, one off - the product also doesn't build muscleIt just gives you the energy to push harder, which builds the muscle.

Thanks. That is why I am looking for a pre-workout drink. I want more energy when I go to the gym. I am happy with my diet and I do take a protein shake, but still sometimes it feels like I don't have enough energy to push harder. And then on other weeks I'll have more energy and am able to do heavier lifts.

for preworkout i was using evox 3dt and now on psycho.
i dunno so much about a pre-workout giving you energy, a little yah but i feel more so it is about your diet.
my pre-workout gives me a mean pump though.
Have you tried jack3d? Give it a goEven when you hurting you just want to keep going... mental stimulation

nah havent tried it
looks like it has all the same stuff in that the 3dt and psycho have in?
Maybe its how they mix itI wasnt really interested in trying it, because pre-sups don't really work with me, and this stuff was unreal.
I noticed after 3 cycles though it started working less - so I'm hoping after the three month break it'll kick like a horse again.

I think it was either you or killadoob that raved about Jack3d about a year ago. When I was reading up on pre-workout sups this morning I though about Jack3d again. And from the reviews by customers on supplementworld.co.za, Jack3d is amazing compared to any other pre-workout sup.
