Anyone have experience with a product called Tribulus Max. I belive it over-the-counter. I've been struggling with gain.

Protein shake + fruit, usually an apple or banana, takes very little time, no preparation time needed either. Then when I get back from gym, I eat a massive oatmeal with another protein shake.I normally go to the gym in the afternoon. As result of this, I take a pre workout shake (Protein + Carbs Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass) approx 1 hour before gym.
As a result of a new job, I now need to go to gym first thing in the morning. I have my breakfast after gym.
What do you guys do in terms of a pre-workout shake for the morning gym session?
Do you eat anything before going to gym?

I have been taking them for 2 months now, cant say 100% that the stuff works but I have lost 4kgs in the last 3 months, I'll probaly still keep taking them as they are cheap.
Shoved my workout routine in the closet and started from scratch 2 weeks back, dumped deadlift for sumo deadlift, dumped incline barbell for incline dumbell, increased my rest periods to 2min between sets, so far so good, added about 5 extra sets to my total routine, I can feel myself slowing down now, running low on energy and strength - next 3 weeks I'll be away from iron so will have to stick to body weight exercises when I get a chance, also give me a chance to recoup.

How do you guys drink so much? Damn, I can't get down 3+ liters of water. Let alone adding things like Whey shakes.
On holiday now at the coast, getting strange looks when I drink water instead of cool drinks like everyone else. Who needs gym when you have a 2 yr to run and entertain.
