 How will this work? Can EU citizens keep UK rights and freedom of movement in london as a exchange?

The mayor of London said millions of Brits "still feel and want to be European."

Then move to europe

Just to add. Look at the disaster that is Crossrail. Way over budget and ridiculously late.

Wages on that project grew astronomically. Yet they still struggled to attract sufficient number of workers in all categories.

Almost all grand government projects are over-budget which is why I don't particularly like them TBH.

There has been significant upward movement on wages in the construction sector and yet we still have problems getting sufficient people to do the work.

Construction people get paid well. Time served men especially of course, but a good labourer who knows what he is doing also earn far above the minimum wage.

Think it has something to do with the fact that they're migrant workers. They're just working here, saving up for a couple of years, and then going back home (sometimes rich). While the money is good, quality of life in their home countries is much better for them usually (the weather certainly is). So they stick it out, and then leave. As they're not staying here, there's a constant cycle of people coming in, working and leaving again. But it's not sustainable as the construction industry is getting busier, and I guess the number of people coming in to work isn't scaling.

Yes and now this new policy will remove that labour force.

He’s checking Twitter.
I'm not being funny, it's just that I joined in 2008, and apart from the 2010 election , all subsequent elections have been quite obvious.

Only the coalition one of 2010 wasn't (actually thought Tories would win outright). Nobody thought the Libdems would join a coalition with the Tories

The racism towards to Poles was from the British guys. Graffiti and the odd incident where they are told to "fsck off back to Poland". That kind of thing. One guy from Romania who was a young engineer working for our main contractor got the schit kicked out of him in the pub for being Romanian. He packed it in shortly after. Real nice clever guy too.

Funny, it is almost the same kind of attitude displayed here towards Chris the not real Brit. I find it kinda amusing.

Not really, the Poles didn’t condescendingly tell the British guys how to run their country.

Or to make it a fairer comparison, the Poles didn’t stay at home in Poland and go to the internet to condescendingly tell the British guys how to run their country.

What if he's a British citizen?

Then he must stop whining and whingeing about Brexit and get on with it, contribute to making Britain great again.
Else move to Poland, Scotland or Ukraine.
