I know, just making fun of them.
They are rather silent these days!
Well what's left to say when you've achieved your election result, but have no influence in the aftermath?

Farage is still on LBC radio 5 times a week, tune in if you miss him so much :p

Who would have believed they would ever hear this?

Nigel Farage: We should have a second referendum on Brexit

Nigel Farage has suggested that more people would opt for Brexit in another referendum, blocking "whingeing" Remain voices.

He tweeted: "Maybe, just maybe, we should have a second referendum on EU membership. It would kill off the issue for a generation once and for all."

His tweet followed comments he made on television talk show The Wright Stuff.

In a clip from the show, he said: "What is for certain is that the Cleggs, the Blairs, the Adonises will never, ever, ever give up.

"They will go on whingeing and whining and moaning all the way through this process.

"So maybe, just maybe, I'm reaching the point of thinking that we should have a second referendum… on EU membership…"

Oh no. Now Chris' head is going to explode. :(

I propose to do a second referendum regarding the adhesion to the EU at the same time.

There was only referendum (not even binding and after the adhesion).

If there are two referendums to get out, there must be two to get in!

It is really funny, all the Chris-a-likes are losing it completely with him :crylaugh:

Some of the accusations are hilarious, sell-out, stooge, drunk, bribed by the EU, threatened by Islamists (?) the crap they’re writing on Twitter is just so funny to see :p.

A screenshot for posterity.

The 53-year-old added: "The percentage that would vote to leave next time would be very much bigger than it was last time round.

"We may just finish the whole thing off and (Tony) Blair can disappear off into total obscurity."

And the other panelists sniggered and said “don’t be so sure of that, Nigel”.

He also tweeted again this evening, but I haven’t heard his radio show.

Overseas students ‘worth 10 times the cost’ to UK, says report

International students are worth about 10 times more to the UK economy than they cost the taxpayer, according to a new report that will add to pressure currently mounting on the country’s government for a shift in policy on the issue.

The analysis, which, unlike most similar studies in the past, looks at the cost of hosting overseas students as well as the benefits, calculates the bill at £2.3 billion, including use of the NHS and other public services.

This is still far less than the benefits, including tuition fees and spending while in the UK, that amount to an estimated £23 billion for one student cohort, according to the report by London Economics for the Higher Education Policy Institute and Kaplan.

The resulting £20.3 billion net impact is, on average, the equivalent of £310 for every resident, the report estimates, with the effects reaching right across the UK, although London tends to see the highest returns.

London Mayor Kahn is demanding a thorough investigation and economic analysis of the potential effects of the various iterations of whatever outcome is possible from the Brexit negotiations.

This is important.

Especially since the bluff for "no deal is better than a poor deal" crumbled at the first hurdle.
