All the votes failed hahaha. #Losers.

House of Commons indicative votes Mk.2, results:

(C) Customs Union AYES: 273 NOES: 276
(D) Common Market 2.0 AYES: 261 NOES: 282
(E) Confirmatory Public Vote AYES: 280 NOES: 292
(G) Parliamentary Supremacy AYES: 191 NOES: 292

Some of the wiser MPs want to hang onto their seats hence despite a whopping majority of MPs voting to Remain, parliament can't decide on anything.

Britain should exit hard and fast even if it's a crappy deal, as the EUrocraps now threaten. After quick new trade deals with USA, Canada, Australia, half the Commonwealth, and Japan they'll be in a better position than now. Call the EUrobluff - within two years of Brexit the European bluster will evaporate and they'll beg the UK to join the free trade zone.
.

UK Parliament has never agreed on anything, ever. Nobody noticed until now.

actually they pretty much all agree that they do not want brexit at all, the vast majority at least

they just can't say it out loud for fear of voter backlash, so they fight about the different ways of pretending to make brexit happen without making it happen instead

The saddest thing of all, is it's going to take a generation or two for the UK to recover and start uniting again, assuming the Union doesn't come apart anyway.

It was just too split - you can see it on all the online news comment sections. This is a country severely torn apart in two directions - for and against Brexit. They are going to be blaming each other for years, irrespective of the final outcome. Every little thing will be blamed on the decision, depending on which side you are on.

It was May's fault as Brexit was too soft, it was ERG's fault as Brexit was too hard, it was the remainers fault, it was the leavers fault, you got what you voted for etc etc.

I laugh when May say's it's time to unite the country again. That's not going to happen for a long long time.

This is the reality of the world we're living in. Gone are the days of common goals and unity. The era of Identity politics coming home to roost.

I dunno why the EU plays with them.. I mean yes they’d prefer a deal but the way things going it seems best to tell them to bugger off.

UK will split or rejoin pretty soon after as people gonna regret the decision or indecision in parliament.

Currently they looking at a crash out on 12 April.. I see no reason for any form of extension.

Latest Update:

> May to apply for another extension
> May now in discussions with the most dangerous Marxist in the UK, a certain Jeremy Corbyn, to get the deal over the line (basically means a customs union + some waffle on worker's rights)
> Question is: Does Corbyn want a deal because then both Conservatives and Labour will have to take 'joint ownership' of the consequences
> May effectively at war with her own party as vast majority of Conservative MPs, despite having a free vote two nights ago on the other Brexit options, heavily voted against all those options.
> Backbench Conservative MPs thinking of going on strike and abstaining on all government motions in the future.

Just Hard Brexit and deal with the issues. They are closing the window on any time they have to address other issues which will arise...

I forsee a no deal exit and all the time waating will have dire consequences for rediness

because the EU fears hard brexit as much as the UK, more maybe, the UK is just too ****ing stupid to use that fact as leverage
