I bought 20 strains from them in one go end of 2018. They were all the same. When I complained they refunded me in full.

lokkkkkl nah bro i work for kia motors south africa but i wish i could work for 420m . its just that i have tried dr g , puff daddy , kushie king , lick yo lips and all the corner bag dealers in the greater jhb area and from all the bud i tried 420m is the ultimate. apart from the quality of bud just the general experience from order to payment and delivery i have no arguments. I give credit where credit is due. its unfortunate u had a horrible experience but doesn't that happen everywhere ? from food to grocery shopping at some point or another you gonna experience some sort of a krappy incident. on my 1st ever purchase they stuffed my order up royally i never received 2g's of indoor and when i queried it they gave me the option to wait till the next order or get my money back. i chose the latter and sure as **** when I got the next order there were my g's + some. so yeah i guess different strokes for different folks .
I had two orders from them, both crap.
i have had a parcel confiscated at the depot , i have had no show deliveries, i have had grams that weigh 0.85/0.9 or even 1.0 with the baggy (all from other dealers) eish sorry bout ur krappy orders tho.
I've had no problems from anyone with many orders, except 420m's BS strain claims and their horrible vape cart.
dude we all entitled to our opinions, if u dont like pizza becoz you had a bad experience does that mean I shouldn't speak about it??? credibility ??? dude we in an anonymous online thread and even tho u maybe an honorary master and i maybe a noob does what make u more credible than me ? we all have negative experiences everywhere its part of life. at no point did i say your statement was bullshit. in simple words your mothers cooking maybe lovely to you but not me . maybe you wud understand that.

Not to disagree with anyone - I firmly believe that not only are people entitled to their own opinions but that cannabis can affect people differently and a lot of their opinions are also formed on subjective experiences - but here is my detailed (& lengthy) take on 420M:
I think their greenhouse is good quality. But i dont really give much thought to their different strains. They all look the same, smell the same and taste the same to me. But compared to most of the stuff you get, its really good quality. So when I get some I randomly select a couple strains but consider the whole lot to just be 'good greenhouse'. As for their indoor - thats a different story. The strains look different and smell different. So i select these carefully depending on the strains/flavours/terpenes/profile etc i want. And they are always a high quality - def better than the greenhouse and you certainly feel where the extra cash is going (ie longer high, stronger, less negatives etc). I feel the hydro is pretty similar with no discernible difference to the indoor -- but as Ive said - its a great quality! So if there's a strain I like that is only available as hydro, I'll get it but I don't consider it any better than if I had to get the same strain as indoor. The aquaponics (when they have) looks even more beautiful and is also stronger or at least longer lasting. You can definitely see a visual difference yet again. For me though, its not worth almost double that of indoor but you can certainly see a higher quality in the bud. So overall, I think their bud is really good quality. The best for me though was definitely Trichoma - although you paid extra for it. Im one for quality over cost so i was saddened when Trichoma closed, so while I dont think the quality is as good as Trichoma, 420M has definitely been the next best IMO.
I dont post here often (as I am in the legal field so try to keep anonymous as possible) but have been a user for years - so to have options and supply and the quality that these online shops provide is something I wish we had in the past and is something I am definitely grateful for. What makes me recommend 420M is the quality as well as the service. Firstly, the guys are always available quite timeously on whatsapp for any queries and order (I have not experienced what happened to @biometrics - that would certainly affect my opinion as interaction is a big part of the trust needed to secure a business relationship with me). My order has also always arrived within 2-4 days (although i live centrally in Jhb) so I have always been able to rely on getting an order in time for any planned events. Another big plus for me is the weight is always more than the order - ALWAYS. Even the indoor - my last small order was 4g of indoor but in total it weighed in at 7.29g - almost double what I paid for. It is not something I anticipate or something I plan for, but its hard to consider other suppliers with similar quality when others almost always weigh to the exact gram. Lastly - i once ordered when on a holiday and out of town. I had very specific delivery instructions which unfortunately 420M got wrong (i believe it was the couriers who failed to adhere to the instructions as opposed to 420M) but regardless the order was stolen. When I advised 420M, not only did they urgently re-send an order, they did so at their own expensive cost as it was a small village in the middle of nowhere. They then ALSO credited me for the order so I basically got my next order for free.
I have tried other suppliers but I really find their quality to either be similar (King Kushie) or worse (Elixir/Dr G) although as mentioned I prefer quality and mostly concentrate on indoor. Unfortunately I cant comment on other products, such as their vape carts or dabs or even edibles. So for me 420M is a reliable source which Im very content with and Id definitely recommend them based on my numerous personal experiences with them. Having said that, I still regularly check to see whether Trichoma may be re-opening
