Hi all - newbie here -just wanted to say "High"
but been smoking 35 years . Done it all - from Amsterdam to Vegas.
so I ****ed up with my regular dealer ( who's a ****ing ******* - he used to have 10 different indoors and the same in greenhouse - I could choose my heads - R150/g indoor - ), so had to order from 420/Tricoma/elixer. Tried them all, all strains and levels. Really appreciate my dealer now. ( whos the ******* for R300 )
Found all "greenhouse" to be sub-par - equivalent to really good street bankies but triple the price
- indoors are " good " but not worth the price.
Tricoma R180/g is hectic, but AA grade - not AAA.
420 I found lacking in the curing, but generally okay.
Currently ordering from Elixer -to stop me smoking all my baby before she's ready ( see pic - 60min @ 60C in air fryer - ready to smoke )
We are really lacking in the " categorization " in this country - and I really await some sort of standard.
Why legalize ( semi-lagalize) marijuana and not create a proper place to get it from - this just creates a big black-market - and keeps me in the illegal zone - wankers
Anyways - nice to be here -
Stay High
RezN

Drying/curing your cannabis in an oven makes me cringe.

No trichoma menu since the 13th. Usually every Sunday and Wednesday . Wonder what’s up.

Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act 140 of 1992

https://www.unodc.org/res/cld/docum...0_html/DRUGS_AND_DRUG_TRAFFICKING_ACT_140.pdf

Here is the definition of DEALING :

.......... includes performing any act in connection with the transshipment, importation, cultivation, collection, manufacture, supply, prescription, administration, sale, transmission or exportation of the drug;

Here is the definition of POSSESSION (before the new judgement)

.....includes to keep or to store the drug, or to have it in custody or under control or supervision;

Nowhere does it state that "buying" is a crime !
Unless you argue that "collection" is buying - but then one would be guilty of Dealing ( does not make sense)

Thanks for that... So technically cultivation is actually defined as dealing, but we're allowed to cultivate, so we should be allowed to give/transport/sell/(buy)... Ridiculous...

Omw just reading through this thread.... half of you guys don't even bother turning back a page or two, quote old acts, don't mention new legislation, also act surprised when stuff hits the fan with stuff being confiscated. Every single thing I have read indicates the following.

1. Consume at home -> OK
2. Buying -> Not OK (seeds different story, not getting into that)

Yes, there is a disconnect as to how that happens exactly and is being dealt with but seriously guys do your research and please at least bother reading a page back or two...

Not for/against just pointing out the facts as they currently are...

The situation we are in currently makes no sense. The concourt has ruled that it is completely legal to grow and possess cannabis privately, yet somehow buying or selling it crosses some imaginary moral or ethical line that deserves the full might of the law to come down on it.

Start selling booze from your house and see what happens. There are rules (stupid or not).

Is it just me or does watching and hearing people who are stoned make you want to get stoned as well?

My friend works barman at a small pub. Just told me he was almost fired after testing positive for MJ (random drug test), not because he was dealing or using at the pub, had anything on him or because he showed any signs of being high or impaired in his duties... just because.

They let him stay on condition that he submits to a test weekly, until he tests clean.

Sadly, regardless of legality, I think we still have a long way to go before public perception of this "evil drug" will change.

Let him get pee from someone sober and use that when tested ;)

Fok dit. Let him look for another job somewhere else. When he leaves, tell him to pee on the till which they can then test all they want to.

Agreed. He's a barman, no offense but he's not exactly operating dangerous machinery or dealing with corporates. What he does in his own time is his business, I'm fairly conservative but I think the owner is being a c***.

Yeah, and this pub's food actually ain't half bad. They'll probably see a lot more business due to the munchies if the owner wasn't so anal about people's use of MJ. :p Funny dat!

It seems like the owner is actually looking for a reason to get rid of said barman. This isn't something you do when you are happy with your staff.
