Why? CBD oils have been around for years. Can buy that crap at M-Kem since 10 years ago. Are you perhaps confusing CBD oil with THC oil?

I used 20g to make butter, it turned out to be the devil's butter. I usually just use it as a base with something more expensive as I have low tolerance so it works for me
