The Cannabis Thread

Who the hell would need medical advise about a plant?? Take plant, smoke plant, eat plant, drink plant or however you want to try plant, see if plant works, if yes yay if no then increase amount of plant taken. Advise done.

All these "experts" coming out of the wood work. This plant has been doing fine for thousands of years on its own, now all of a sudden we need experts. Lord save us.

No.
My advice was not how to use the plant.
Do what you want with it. That's your choice.

My advice (which remains implicitly true unless someone can present proper evidence to the contrary) is that CANNABIS IS STILL AN ILLEGAL DRUG, in spite of what many misinformed people may actually think.

KPIs are primarily still made up of cannabis possessions, especially in the less urban and more rural areas.

And the quip about medical advice was borne out of this line on their website, which seems to have completely escaped you:

  • Please note we are not medical professionals. All products in this site must be taken with care.

But that's fine. Do what you want to do. You can hate me, I don't care. But even though I don't know you, I would be very sad to hear that you have been arrested for purchasing cannabis from an online dispensary and are now facing 15-25 years in prison, like so many that have come before you.

Nothing wrong with that quote. The products are obviously sold for recreational use and not for medical purposes.

Yes. And my point, still, is that to sell cannabis for recreational purposes is very very illegal and poses a significant risk to seller and buyer.

But we all know that. You are trying to teach us something that we already know. The issue is we all need to get it somewhere and not all of us have the means to grow ourselves. So what now?

What ****ing ever.

I don't think so because there are some saying here that "Cannabis is legal" which couldn't be further from the truth.

A model similar to the Spanish model of "cannabis clubs" would be something worth exploring here.

It remains an illegal drug in Spain, too, but users are protected somewhat by these social clubs.

Yes it's legal to smoke or to take edibles but not to buy or sell. And if you are not allowed to buy where do you get cannabis to LEGALLY smoke in your own house?

And we will continue to break the law until we have our freedom as mandated by the constitutional court.

PRECISELY!
This is the problem with the loophole.
There is no way to keep a person safe when buying the product.
The police sit outside the known locations for purchase, at the end of the month, when people have been paid, and pick them up, one by one as the low hanging fruit.

Actually it's you who have completely missed the boat and the other 290 pages of this thread. Do you honestly think we're a bunch of ignorant stupid stoners?

Do you honestly think that you and I are on different pages?
Read what I've said.
Apply your mind.
I'm as pro-cannabis as anyone else posting here BUT to sell an illegal product online is asking for a world of hurt in this country.
That is the boat you missed.

What boat did I miss?

Maybe we should pray?

Are you a lawyer/attorney/judge/legal secretary?

I am an addiction psychiatrist and advocate for the reformation of drug policy and legalization and regulation of ALL drugs, not just cannabis.

And we will continue to break the law until we have our freedom as mandated by the constitutional court.

You've obviously never been arrested for any cannabis-related crime.
Consider yourself lucky.
I am glad for you.
There are many (since 2016) that have not been so fortunate and are in holding cells and detention centres across the country for the possession of a plant.
Caveat emptor.

I think you've made your point. No need to PREACH to us.

Glad to hear you've got my point.
Still not sure what yours is?
Please don't tell me, "It's in the 290 pages before this."
That would make me think you don't have a point and are arguing for the sake of arguing, without actually thinking.
