The Constantia FTTH Thread

Well, the OpenServe contractors arrived unannounced on Saturday morning and completed their side of the installation.

Vox phoned yesterday to say someone will be coming at 08:30 this morning. Exactly on time, the guy arrived and installed/activated everything.

So far, a very nice experience from Vox.
 
So an Openserve rep knocked on my door 2 weeks ago telling me FTTH was available. Shortly after I signed up with WA. I've now received the following message, "We are awaiting an ETA from openserve as they need to install a new distribution point. The usual time frame for this is 4-6 weeks but we have escalated it so that might change." :( Is this normal?
