Uhmm no!?
I'm a sucker for anything that says unfiltered. Beer was nice, light, summery. Will definately try a few more of their beers.Looks goods, how is it?
Nobody said an IPA is measured in IBUs, but it is a guideline still. IPAs and hazy IPAs and NEIPAs and APAs and most of the beers in that style are guided bybitterness(let me re-phrase that) hops, which is a benchmark for the style. 20 might be perceived, I don't know, but it seems low to me, for a beer claiming to be an IPA. That's like saying a Vienna lager is very hop-forward and the notes of grapefruit it present. Fine, but then it's not a Vienna lager, which is supposed to be a malt-forward brew.
I dunno. To me an IPA is an IBU bomb. 20 IBUs isn't an IBU bomb. It's pretty low, actually.
Not when I have Liquor City claremont nearbyHas anyone tried out https://www.bestcraftbeer.co.za/ yet? Good cross section of the country's top beers (including two of mine).
