I just heard Voices of Dissent by Flesh Field... need moar awesome EBM :(
 
new clark EP out on bleep.com called growls garden. absolutely loving the track seaweed.
 
turning dragon's got beg & new year storm & volcan veins on it which is pretty cool. (if you cant find it pm me). do you have the throttle stuff (throttle furniture, throttle promoter, throttle clarence, throttleclark)? There's also some good stuff on them.
 
I'm not very familiar with ambient trance or psy trance, but I like Shulman, Infected Mushroom, Massive Attack.

I would like recommendations for ambient trance without the techno beat please, I'd love to explore this genre more. thanks

Look for CD's by "The Orb", for the proper pioneering "ambient" sound :)
 
I feel bad for only telling PP about Son Lux, so now the rest of you know too. I think the composer Ryan Lott might be one the next big things.
 
I came across this band:

Left Spine Down.

Left Spine Down (also known by the acronym LSD) is a band that plays what they call "cyberpunk," a mixture of industrial, metal, punk, and drum & bass.

They actually members from Front Line Assembly and Noise Unit and some other bands.

new kilimanjaro darkjazz ensemble ep was released in jan 09 - mutations. very nice.

also listening to brooklyn based artist, kotchy - 89. track 1 - raise your eyebrows, is very enjoyable. havent listened to the rest of the tracks yet.
 
Maybe a bit OT, but I love listening to Roger Goode's Party Karate on 5fm on Friday and Saturday nights. Really gets me in the mood for more than just a dancing :D
