I have to say that I have had excellent service thus far.
I received my device on the same day I applied - at Postnet Centurion.
My experience with the call centre is also positive... they are always friendly even though they do not always know what is going on
I also saved one helluva lot of money over the last month and a half by moving over to Neotel from MTN/Vodacom Data Bundles
Service wise everything is going well, no disconnects or dropped calls - just slow Internet speeds after 5pm...
Overall very happy with Neotel
