Damn that is thick. How workable is it?4mm diameter.
On a trimmer I find even 2mm to be stiff

It gets used on those big Stihl ones with the harnass, I don't think you'll be able to use in a regular home weed eater, holes are to small.Damn that is thick. How workable is it?

I meant workable for washing lineIt gets used on those big Stihl ones with the harnass, I don't think you'll be able to use in a regular home weed eater, holes are to small.
My washing line is fixed at both ends about 15 metres long, 5 years or so later and no problems.I meant workable for washing line
How have you fixed the ends, please? Do you need to tighten the lines from time to time?My washing line is fixed at both ends about 15 metres long, 5 years or so later and no problems.
The two ends are simply fixed with knots on each end, no tightening. A crimped ferule would look better than the knots. How have you fixed the ends, please? Do you need to tighten the lines from time to time?
Not sure it was over a year ago. The first lot they did in Jan of 2020 is fine, hence why we got them back a year ago.Did they prime? Also did they use the correct primer. Water based primer is not going to work on there.
Maybe some pics? Not sure it was over a year ago. The first lot they did in Jan of 2020 is fine, hence why we got them back a year ago.
But we struggled to get them back and was pretty much the last time we used them after that work.
I mean it is the spare room so we weren't to bothered, but just trying to still fix it sigh.
Cool when there is better lightingMaybe some pics?
I did a repair a few months ago with the same issue. Paint work was 5 months old, no primer used.
We removed everything and completely stripped the walls. Then started fresh with primer and paint. Must be a solvent based primer to stick to the rhino lite, and please let it dry properly for 24 hours. If it's very cold and raining then maybe even longer. Then paint after.
Do not add paint coats even if the guys say that its dry and it feels dry, wait it out and do it properly.
Crap, guys think they're saving R150 and end up costing you thousands.Checked the garage they freaking used water based the second time
Ouch thanksCrap, guys think they're saving R150 and end up costing you thousands.
Walls need to be stripped bare to rectify.

Those loose edges are the spots where the peeling will sadly start and grow.Okay doesn't look that badjust some spots that came off, mainly where my son pulls off a poster or where we removed a cable.
