I am thinking Teak?

Need some help -

I'm laying laminate floors DIY. I've ripped up the carpets and I see that they glued the layer under the carpet to the old parquet flooring.

Any ideas on how I can get the leftovers of the underlay off? Is there something I can put on that will easily lift / loosen the glue and then I can scrape it off?

Paint scraper or spade? Otherwise maybe acetone?

Now that you see that you have parque flooring, why not forgo the laminate flooring and just sand and polish the parquet floor?

A heat gun to soften the glue, then scraper?

So yesterday while I was testing our sprinklers, one of them shot this out and water just came gushing out of the ground:

After a quick google, I assume I'd have to replace the entire sprinkler? The nozzle looks damaged.

Anyone tried to fit one of these pull switches before? Bought from builders.

There's nowhere to simply attach wires too, and the only visible pieces of metal is inside a plastic hole. Not sure if I'm supposed to open the whole plastic body and solder wore on or what.

Isn't exactly opening easily either

The base is missing

I have one in a built-in cupboard
