I think we need photos, from your posts I don't think you can just paint what you have.

There are options.

None cheap, but in order of price:

1. Tile.
2. Screed and power float to a shiny finish then apply concrete sealer.
3. Apply Coprox Dual Coat or Cemcrete and seal that.

I'd just tile it, if the substrate is secure enough....
 
Depends on the type of use in the garage. If only to park a car and maybe put some stuff there, tiles are very nice.

If you do work, wood work or anything that makes dirt, then yeah I agree tiles are not ideal.
 
Comments on vinyl flooring?

Our house has tiles from what feels like 1920. The edges of the grouting have become so sharp over the years.

Need something waterproof and durable. Received a quote for R400 p sqm from Floors Up incl installation and skirting.

Laminate wont work for our use case

Not recently but I did the epoxy flooring system from sika about a decade ago.

Was painless and easy to do, but then the garage was brand spanking new when I did it which probably helped a lot.

I would do it again because the surface has taken an absolute beating from all the things I do and is only really start to show it's age now.

400 per sqm including installation..?

Vinyl is fine, the biggest concern is direct sun exposure will eventually lead to discoloration..
 
Hi everyone

I am currently looking at replacing my kitchen sink with a newer black one. The problem is that the granite has been cut to fit a 120CM length sink. The newer ones are 116cm in length. Is there anywhere I can get a non stainless steel kitchen sink with a double drop that is 120cm in length?

Just check though the cut out requirements for your old vs new, for example the old may have a much larger lip if its a drop in so the hole may just work still, don't compare the overall sink dimension only, compare the hole that exists to the one required.
