The expense of extending to add 4-6sqm is not worth it.. that is a tiny bit of extending..
Most of your questions are design dependent and what specifically you want.. it's best to speak with an architect and draughtsman, discuss your ideas with them and they can tell you what's possible and what needs to happen to make it possible.. only then can you get estimate on costs..
The thing is, the house we recently bought has a few extremely tiny spaces in a way that they're barely usable.
So I'm looking for ways to make small increases to those spaces..
E.g the bathroom below can barely be used by an adult... so I'd love to push the window wall back by 1m or 2m










we have a 3rd bathroom on the OTHER side of the house that follows as a similar layout to what you've suggested. Its a little bigger (1.95m x 1.95m) but faar from the bedrooms so really just acts as a loo for day guests.
