Just seen Bloomberg reporting they figure the 14's launch will be on the 7th and they're saying folks in store are being told to expect stock by the 16th.

Sounds about right, but that's the US and there's a little lag before we get them here.

Feels like an incremental update

Don't really notice any difference between it and 15, just feels more polished.
 
Since ios16 my whatsapp crashes when I share images or videos.
