free sms app?

Can anyone recommend a good sms app that is free? sms is one of the things I'm not really satisfied with on my new iphone. (Everything else is great though.)
 
ssh problem

Is anyone else having problems with open ssh? When trying to connect with winscp I keep getting the error "connection timed out" after about ten seconds.

Uhm, if its not available on cydia you can get it here:

You might have to register to download it, but its free, then all you do is to follow the instructions on the first page of the forum (above link), and then just copy the folder over to /library/themes (you need winterboard to run it), and viola!!

Nope, have not experienced any problems, try putty and see if it works

you can install it through adding http//apt.ripdev.com as a source in cydia, it'll be under the packaging category. installed it last night, definately needs some work but i think it has potential. the landscape mode is a plus...

It was a specified item, so I am supposed to be covered for any event. Next time it goes in the bin.

SO: Significant Other.

Brand spanking new 16GB, the SO is happy. I was curious to see what would happen when I restored the 1st gen backup to the new 3G one from iTunes, but it worked perfectly.

The old phone is still with the repair shop. It becomes the property of the insurance company. I am trying to see if I can buy the thing back seeing as everything else still works, but that is also proving to be a pain...

Almost sounds to good to be true. ;) This is in fact the first time I have claimed from my insurance company and while it was given a bit of a run around, the service from my broker was excellent. Which means they retain my business (for now).

that they are yes.... no news as yet, have a delivery report for the cc auth fax from last week Thursday, but still waiting for the activation code, they do say it may take several days to process a faxed order

annoying, I know ;(

sorry guys, didn't think it would take this long, otherwise I would've applied loooong before everyone started pitching in

will let you all know the moment it's activated
