umm, ok, so i was wondering if its possible to get applications like drummer, pianist and the guitar app for free with cydia? if so, which source should I add? at the moment my application list is pretty empty in cydia, which sources should I add that will beef it up a little?

Added M4A playback support (MPEG-4 audio files). No tag reading yet.

Fixed a few memory leaks discovered when navigating playlists / music library / file system.
Fixed a few memory leaks during iTunesDB reading/parsing.
Added support for standard EQ presets (No custom graphic EQ… yet? I hope so.)
Improved loading times. PwnPlayer now loads much faster when running it for the first time.
Autoplay also loads much faster now.
Album list will now show the artwork immediately with better quality (same as in MobileMusicPlayer, no more delayed-pixelated artwork!).
Fixed bug on search screen, that showed a folder icon in one or more song results after doing several searches.
Better navigation in Featured screen.
Fixed bug for certain music libraries which experienced crashes everytime they wanted to load coverflow, album, song or artist lists.
Artwork in lock screen is now hidden on pause/stop.
Fixed bug that caused certain songs to finish early. Now all songs will play till the end, however, you might still see them on the screen with a lower duration than they actually have, this needs to be investigated further.

Vodacom can see from your IMEI number what make of phone you have. So it should not be too much work for them to see which SIMs are in iPhones and activate them accordingly.

I see they have done the same for my SO's 1st gen iPhone. Nice bit of proactive work there Vodacom :)

Jip, same here, I have like 3 of them lying around the car, house, office, toilet...works fine...ok not the toilet though! Even the car charger of Griffen for the iPod works fine!

Yip Renier, did that within the first 5 minutes of opening the box. Still crappy reception here!!!! Getting a bit annoyed!!

Just your firmware upgrade you do through iTunes then run the iClarified routine to jailbreak your iPhone! Best!

I don't think so. Apparently more bluetooth functionality to come with a new firmware...sic. Other than that rumour...noting I know of.

Hey guys check out LockDockBar from Cydia

Places a Dock on the Lock Screen so you can have quick access to Phone,SMS,Email,Calender :)

how do I disable autocorrect? I downloaded an app from cydia that was supposed to do it but didnt work?
 
Yup - it is a pay thing - had a look at it and decided its not for me - too messy ....

BTW - just downloaded DVDPedia - a brilliant app for your DVD collection. Also syncs to the iTunes app pocketpedia - with full covers, features of the DVD actors and all. Scans and downloads information for your DVD on the desktop from IMDb and other sites as well. Well worth the $18 for the desktop app - the iPhone app is free,
Runs on Mac
I previously had Movie Collector for Mac (and PC) and this app puts it to shame..
Managed to export my DVD collection from Movie Collector in XML and imported it to DVDPedia no probs.
