What was the response, and reading the forum isn't a HELPFUL response when things move so damn fast here... you know the post you posted it in, or the thread.. a link would at least be useful.

I'm referring to Battery Percentage indicator, not numeric battery..

Numeric battery before was just numbers, have they now changed it to percentage? If so, why don't they bloody label the thing that way!!!

Have a vanilla 3G with OS 3.0. Apparently it'll help in retaining my settings. Manually entering MMS always overwrites/disables my Tethering.

Some of my apps are closing for no reason at all + my numeric battery indicated 99% and the the battery died suddenly...

Contacs from Windows7

HI Guys!
I recently installed windows7 and now when I sync my iphone via itunes, only the last names of the contacts appear! its rather confusing not to have the full name.does anyone know how to resolve this?! Is i a windows7 problem? or maybe do I have to adjust some settings??

A swift reply will be appreciated.

been getting the same error on some packages today on Cydia..

Think Cydia's kinda broken today.. I wouldn't blame it on RedSn0w, just one of the Cydia sources that's having some problems.

it's to do with the 7.2 jailbreak, did a restore for a completely different reason, figured i'd go with redsn0w 0.7.2, bad idea apparently...

mine claimed there were prerequisites to install before cydia which failed the whole time

got strange events like some of my app store apps being missing after restart etc... really wierd stuff happened... restoring and jailbraking with 0.7.1 again

yeah... im tryina avoid restore at the moment..

apparently i just copy the old installd back and it will work again..

nope, there's some other core utility mucking up as well, i had apps disappearing all over the place from the springboard, but that was after trying to run aptbackup restore, won't do that again.... lol
