Speck CandyCase
Noticed something on the weekend...
My speck candycase is cracked, the bottom part that goes over the front of the phone where the usb cable plugs in. The phone has not been dropped or hit on anything. Does anyone know what the warranty is on the speck case?

Anyone know where I can get an official Vodacom iPhone 3GS 16Gig? New & on contract
Sounds good - but if you uninstall it, does it recover the space allocated for the USB drive? Just wondering..
EDIT - Ahh OK - just a simple swipe & delete in the app deletes the drive - delete drive before uninstalling in other words else you have to manually delete the partition.

Mine has also cracked there.. I've gotten rid of my CandyShell.. It makes the phone soo bulky. I've gone back to my thin Bugatti leather case - waiting for the Moshi Puro cases to be released.
My girlfriend received an SMS this morning from Vodacom stating that her 3Gs has arrived and she will be able to collect sometime this week. So try Vodacom direct, maybe they can help you. I am aware that who ever was waiting on the waiting list will receive theirs first, so they might even tell you out of stock. But since you wanting to buy it on contract - you might have the upper hand
This tool is amazing. I just swiped it and it deleted the drive in a few seconds. It even works with my WDTV media player! Very impressive tool, pretty sure the developer will start charging for it once its out of beta.

I have the Moshi puro case for my 32gb iphone(white) what an awesome case - Already available locally. BTW I purchased a network unlocked version from Hong Kong for R7100.

How often do you use apps that cause the iPhone to heat up? I have the same problem and I saw the crack happen, I was using GPS on a long drive. Seems like it could be stress/heat related. My wifes case (bought same time as mine) is still fine, but she doesn't use GPS etc.

not very often. I think its just a manufacturing flaw. Got an email from the supplier now to say that I can just take the product back with rpoof of purchase and they will replace it for free.
