The Julius Malema Trial

It would have went to trial by now, and we wouldn't be waiting for NPA boss decision on whether to drop charges or not.

If you even had half a clue about the legal system in this country you would know that the NPA boss decision does not necessarily hinge on the strength of the case especially when it comes to political representatives...

I know, and I also know that prosecution of political representatives is not always just and based solely on the strength of the case, but can be based on political manouvering. I suspect this is such a moment.

You're unfortunately right about the motivation for the prosecution not that Malema doesn't have a case to answer. Him and his buds looted Limpopo (a situation which continues because the law is selective), but then he wasn't alone in it - the former premier and a whole host others should be in orange jumpsuits if the system treated everyone equitably. But it doesn't, Malema is being prosecuted for political expediency. They looked the other way for a long time as long as he was in the ANC, a good boy promising to kill for Zuma, etc.
