As they always say, "SAPS is useless, until they start looking for you".

An exceptionally incompetent bunch of killers though, must have sat in the the hostel and thought they had come up with an un-unravellable plan that involves stopping their car on a public road, committing murder and taking the cellphone of their victim.
 
Some of the replies in this thread are ...... expected, considering the type of trash that lives on this forum.

I'm not shocked, but still disappointed that a lot of you are very "IT'S NOT GBV, I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG! LOOK AT ME BEING SO SPECIAL!!!!!"

Keep in mind that it is ONE of the killings, and it's not even in Kempton Park.

Whether GBV or not. 9 women have been killed. Many men have also been killed. Have some gd compassion

P.S. When it's your mother/sister/daughter/friend that's killed by their husband/boyfriend. Will that also just be "it was just a simple act of killing. No GBV involved at all."

The whole serial killer thing is becoming a bit uncertain. Could all be just everyday-normal-crime™. These things, in isolation, would just be accepted but because they happened in close proximity and time has drawn some attention. But mixed in, we have the Robert Wolk murder, a body found at Emmarentia, a body found in Soweto and who knows what else that's slipped through the cracks. Fscked up state of affairs.

I don't think it is a serial killer. It is a bit uncanny that the bodies were found in close proximity to one another, but prior to this there was a case of a young man and woman that went missing in Boksburg, with their bodies later found in shallow graves, and Boksburg is also in Ekurhuleni. To me this has just placed the state of the country under the spotlight with regards to violent crime.
