The LONMIN share price thread

I like living on the wild side, throwing money I have no intention on using elsewhere at things that either go BOOM or crash.
 
Why? he is making sense.

Well, why buy anything new into LON at all? Why not shift whatever you have into something that has a better chance of growing and get your money back?
 
eish! LON just touched R9.70 - has lost 55% in past 10 days :wtf:
 
Had the worst luck with ACL, waited sooooo long for it to increase and the day before it did I sold everything at a slight loss, needless to say it has increase roughly 95% since then *sigh*

Back to Lonmin PLC....

Read some random article somewhere a few days ago about Palladium that might have a big uptake this year as China foresees an increase in vehicle manufacturing this year, with petrol being the main focus and palladium forming part of the catalytic converters something or other.

Afaik palladium and platinum gets mined at the same time?

Apart from that I'm eagerly awaiting Lonmin's AGM and Production report coming late January.
