Lynk & Co 10+ is a new powerful electric sedan from China
Official images from China have finally shown us the new Lynk & Co 10+. This is not a regular family car - it is a high-performance version of the upcoming 10 sedan. It seems the company wants to prove that EVs can be both smart and very fast. This new model will replace the Z10, after a very short life since its debut in late 2024.
One look at the Lynk & Co 10+ tells you it wants to go fast. It has a very sporty body kit that sets it apart from the standard version. You will notice big, aggressive bumpers and side skirts. The most obvious change is the massive rear spoiler sitting on the trunk. It also has a smaller "ducktail" spoiler and a roofline that slopes down smoothly. To keep the air moving easily, the car uses semi-hidden door handles and mirrors without frames - every little bit counts when it comes to EV efficiency.

Volvo will assume responsibility for Lynk & Co's commercial operations and brand management across Europe, and will become the exclusive importer and distributor of Lynk & Co vehicles in Europe.
This will accelerate Lynk & Co's development on the continent, according to the companies. Volvo will sell Lynk & Co cars through its retail network and share its sales and after-sales systems in relevant European markets, allowing it to cover a broader consumer base, targeting different customers and market segments.

Verdict
In a world transitioning from ICE to EV, Lynk & Co decided to unite the two worlds and created a wonderful combination. The Lynk & Co 08 can easily cover 1,000 km with both of its battery and tank full and thus offer greater versatility.
For urban needs the 08 allows solid range on a single charge, whereas on the highway you can rely on the big tank to reach faraway destinations, practically eliminating range anxiety.
The 08 may not really be outstanding in any category, but is highly competent in many. Jack of all trades? Not quite, as the Lynk & Co 08 simply tries to fill a different gap and it's thus unwise to directly compare it to the cars either side of it.

They are large, battery-powered sporty sedans, and before the official debut were known as Z10 and Z10+, but the company decided to change the names for the final release.
The Lynk & Co 10+ is the high-performance version of the pair. It is the first vehicle from the brand to wear the "+" badge, which apparently means it is built for speed. To show what it can do, the company took it to the Asian Ridge Track. The car finished a lap in 1 minute and 40.14 seconds, beating the Porsche Taycan GTS in the process, and making it the fastest car on that track.
