Since no one knows, Nani has a thigh injury, he definately wont be seen for at least a week or two.
 
2-1. Good result in the end.

Scholes is way past it. Park should never start. Wes Brown was poor again...

Anderson was not bad, off the bench. Tevez should always start.

im sorry hj park has been involved with some great goals of late

you cannot fault him for his performances against roma

he was off the boil today but i dont agree that he should never start

he works hard tackles well and wins alot of balls

personally i believe that scholes is no good for our attack and i've been saying it since he came back

anderson was amazing i love that oke :)
tevez also amazing

wes brown was ok made a couple of good tackles, he is better than anybody else but he does need to be replaced by someone else in terms of a transfer

van der sar though was the star of the show

Agree with Van Der Sar. Still don't like Park. Anderson has been showing some promise - but only off the bench.

Park should also only come off the bench. I could have done well against Roma- that's how poor they were! ;)
 
no im sorry i doubt that anyone could have done what park did to get rooney in to score that was sheer genius

in all honesty nobody in united player well until scholes went off and we where going forward faster

I just don't see it. Park is often up front, in the box, doing nothing. For me, Anderson, Tevez, Giggs, Hargreaves, Nani and Carrick should all start before he does.
 
Park = crap most of the time, good sometimes, very good occasionally
Wes Brown = Crap 99%
Tevez= Crap sometimes, good sometimes, very good sometimes.
Scholes = Crap 80% of time, 20% good at times.
Anderson = very good all the time

also they need to teach anderson how to shoot football and not ruggie because the oke cannot shoot to save his life haha

Anderson is how old ? or should i say how young ? At his age given the responsibility, he has covered for Scholes for over half the season, and did it better than anyone could. Who gives a damn if you cant score goals as a midfielder ( Rooney cant score 70% of his opportunities), as long as you are creating and assisting the team in winning.
 
yea i know that i love anderson

all im saying is he does not play well 100% of the time like you said

rooney missed alot but creates so much so that fine

tevez creates as much as he scores which is also fine

all im saying is anderson is only 19 and does have off days just like any other player but he certainly does not play well every game

catch i have no problems with him not being able to score but then he should not shoot and look to pass rather if he is going to balloon the ball over the net

someone with anderson's ability should be able to shoot i think

Everyone has their off days, and i agree Anderson must not shoot, he becomes a Rugby player for that moment, but let him get his 1st goal and watch him transform.

Tevez = dog poo :p
 
Anderson - Good most of the time. He needs to work on his shooting. A scoring midfielder is better than a non-scoring midfielder. Almost every midfielder should be able to take a good shot and most do. Anderson is poor in this respect.
Scholes - Rubbish. Gave the ball away numerous times yesterday which almost resulted in Arsenal scoring.
Tevez - Good most of the time.
Park - Has his moments but I've been happy with him the last few games.
Rooney - Misses way too many chances, but still very good nontheless, especially off the ball.
Giggs - Absolute rubbish. He's been rubbish for years already. Gives the ball away/cannot pass.

My ideal midfield would be Ronaldo, Anderson, Carrick/Hargreaves, Nani.
We weren't up to scratch in the first half yesterday. Second half was much better. I get the feeling that Ferguson went out with tactics to defend and catch them on the break, since we all know Arsenal were gonna push hard going forward.
