The rainbird is in the garden but absolutely silent today. Maybe feeling guilty for sending out a false alarm yesterday?
 
Looking out the window just now I though the weather was looking odd... So I checked the satellite view and the TAF's

Looks like there is a slight possibility of rain in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

The rain in Sasolburg caught me off-guard when I cycled to work this morning. I was completely drenched when I eventually arrived at work.
 
nice rain for about an hour this morning, soft drizzle.

enough to dirty the car, but also cool the place down
 
Some light rain in Vorna Valley now, not a lot of cloud cover, see some blue patches. Thunder in the distance and a bit of a breeze. Stopped after about 15 minutes

Our valley went from 90% chance yesterday to 30%

Clouds gone, had 5 drops of rain. Hopefuly it will make a comeback later tonight
