For Joburgers, I was quoted R2200 By Mazda Woodmead including install. Getting mine done tomorrow. Will be happy to answer questions.
Is this price for any gen CX-5. Have the previous gen and would like to get it installed.
Let us know how it goes once you have tested it.It's for all older generations which support MZD Connect.
My installation at the dealer is scheduled for next week.
Ok cool, will do.Let us know how it goes once you have tested it.
Am keen to get it done as well.
Hey guys, will the facelifted CX-5 coming to SA have adaptive cruise control (on the top end models)?
Not sure, current model already has adaptive cruise control but not available in SA.
Yeah i know. I saw some reviews of the car on Youtube and they spoke of Adapative Cruise control. However when i looked at the brochure from the dealer - no adaptive cruise control.
I have exactly the same question regarding Adaptive Cruise (posted a few pages back).
Is it now coming to SA or not?
This is critical for me in deciding whether to wait a few more months or pull the trigger on something else. I've tested it in a Tiguan and it (the system, not the Tiguan) will be a game-changer for me.
Would also love to see the 360 camera, ventilated seats and the dark brown nappa leather from the Signature model abroad make it here, but I'd settle with Adaptive Cruise if that was all they added.
They've now checked the AA / Carplay box, but not too keen on the idea of anyone taking apart a brand or almost new vehicle for the fitment.
From my understanding, the car has 2 batteries and it must be charged up to a certain level for it to become available. It will show green on the button when it becomes available and you can also see the istop flashing on the gadges.Has anyone had issues with i-stop not being available?
I checked the Fuel Economy app and only the battery section isn't highlighted. I doubt it's an issue with the battery as the car is just a year old.
Makes sense. I think my daily commute to the office isn't enough to get the charge up. I'll a longer trip and post an update. From my understanding, the car has 2 batteries and it must be charged up to a certain level for it to become available. I had an error a few months ago when the istop indicated faulty start button. It had also indicted my keys had low battery. I bought 2 of those flat batteries similar to the originals and all problems resolved.
