Cause and effect. The wall is recent, the conflict is old. That tells me the Israelis tried everything before resorting to the barrier. It wasn't put there for the rockets, but rather to stop Palestinians crossing illegally with bombs strapped to their chests. IT HAS BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE.

Many many Israelis were evicted from their homes and farms to make way for Palestinians. I find it most revealing that you neglect to mention such a fact. That and the inciteful headline shows that your posts are very one-sided.

For every Israeli attack there is always a retaliation. All of the above could be similarly turned around.

The Israelis voted their own extremists into government, they support their government's slaughter of civilians in the occupied territories and they support the use of civilians as buffers in those territories.

I think Israel's response is okay.

Then the Palestinian response too is OK. It is fine for them to detonate bombs and fire rockets. Anything goes. They should learn from the Israeli example and escalate the number of deaths too. They're way behind on killing civilians.

Not for a lack of trying, but because the Israelis have bunkers etc.

Keep the rockets coming, and face the wrath of the Israeli forces.

It is funny, but we may be in agreement, except for which came first: the hen or the egg. I don't want to waste time arguing about that.

What I am saying is: Let us be fair. If it okay for Hamas to rain rockets into Israel, let us say it is okay for Israel to rain rockets into Hamas territory. But what is happening is that some people want us to pretend to be outraged when Israel fires rockets, while staying mum when Hamas does likewise.

To take it a step further, maybe an all-out war is the solution: Winner takes all.
