Would be interesting to see what milage you have done on your car vs how many issue it's been giving if any during those kilometres.

Opel Corsa lite. 196 000km still original just service with front struts tie rod ends and the timing belt changed. Engen still going strong.


Saw a 2014 Toyota Corolla with 625 323km. Company car and despite it being smashed like 5 times already engen is still sound.

One does not simply kill a Toyota :P

I am at around 191k even through the car is only turning 7 years old this year.

Only the steering rack was replaced early in the car's lifetime before I owned it, through it is well know issue on my car.
Otherwise just 2 back bulbs and 1 front xenon bulb needed replacing.

This is on 320D F30.
 
2011 Hyundai i30 on 253'000 km

Bought car in 2014 @ 155'000 km

Replaced coolant pump @ 155'000 km (covered by warranty)
Replaced stabilizer links @ 190'000 km (R550 for the pair)
Replaced starter motor @ 250'000 km (R950 for starter and solenoid)
 
2015 Toyota Corolla Quest, bought new, now on about 45 000 km.

No issues so far.
 
2005 Corsa lite, 223 553kms, engine has never been opened, major repairs done is a clutch more than 5 years ago and more recently a water pump, thermostat as well as the cam belt.
 
Toyota Conquest 180i Sport, sold at 300 000kms. Clutch replaced twice, reconditioned steering rack
Toyota Yaris 1.3 2005 - starter motor replaced at 75000kms
fiesta ST 2008 - Gearbox at 30 000kms replaced (warranty)
polo gti 1.4 tsi 2011 - piston #3 replaced at 70 000kms (warranty)
Clio RS trophy 31000kms to date, no issues.
 
87,000km, standard services only. Rear Wheel bearings need to be done this weekend, otherwise nothing.
 
2011 Toyota Auris currently on 191 000
Got it in March 2017 @160000

Car was maintained by Toyota from new then now i service it myself and it has been in the family from new so i know its history.
165 000- Did normal service(Oil and filter plus Air filter-It was filthy, don't understand the 30/60 000km) change interval by Toyota so i change it every 15 000km) plus number plate and rear tail bulbs.
167 000- replaced front tyres.
175 000- Replaced Spark plugs
180 000- Did normal service(Oil and filter plus Air filter
195 000- i am nearing this normal service and will be doing it end of January 2019. Additional items, i will be inspecting brakes Pads(front and rear).
I am due for tyre rotation and also to replace the cabin filter.

What a reliable, trouble free car.

1995 Fiat uno 1400
Got it at 150 000km 11 years ago and it is currently sitting on 432 000
- done a Fuel Injection setup running spitronics system 133 000km ago
- Done an engine rebuild 125 000km ago
- CV set
- refurbished OEM starter 4 times and then eventually bought a new one
- Alternator rebuild twice
- 3 Clutch kits

The list for the Uno is rather long, but for what it is i am grateful for the service i received from it plus I still have it.

Hit 188,888km in my Suzuki this morning.. but yeah, might be time to sell soon, the car is not handling the trip to 200,000kms well.

Yep
Clutch has been replaced twice
Gears are worn (especially 2nd gear's synchros are a bit, how shall I say, worn)
Coil packs have been replaced because they died
Upholstery is kaput
Wheel bearings in front failed at 140,000km
Drive shaft seals replaced once
Battery replaced once
 
2008 Golf V GTI on 139 500km

HPFP & coils replaced at around 120k km
Fuel pump control module replaced 2 weeks ago.

Roof lining started coming loose 3 years ago. When it became a sight for sore eyes I replaced it, probably 2000km ago.
I have a back door that doesn't open which I haven't bothered fixing cos I don't need to lol.

Gear link @ 210k @ +- R1200

There is something about them Corollas, they just don't die.

R50 relay replaced.

My car, 2013 Fiesta ST, bought around 69000km in 2015, now close to 135000km, had a gearbox issue which was fixed, no problem since. With minor issues here and there.

My dad has a 98 Hilux, that thing has hit 720000km now, still going, pulls like a modern 2.0l
Also had a gearbox issue lately.
 
2010 Nissan Tiida Auto
bought in 2012 (ex Europecar rental) with 50K km on. Had new front tyres on when I bought it.
Now - 147K km, serviced every 15K km at a non-franchised workshop.
Replaced the rear tyres at 90K km
Replaced the crankshaft position sensor at 104K km
Front brake pads at 105K km service
Rear brake shoes will be done on 150K service
The front tyres it had on when I bought it are still well wihtin spec

When I bought it the one rim was buckled causing vibration above 130km/h - bought a set of original Nissan Livina mags from a colleague for R2000 and no further issues (touch wood)

Bought with 90 000km
Sold with 200 000km
Only things replaced were wear and tear items (Clutch, shocks, breaks, wipers etc.)

2014 Hyundai i20
Bought new, sold with 120 000km
Seat belt tensioner broke a month after the purchase
Crank sensor melted @ 30 000km
Battery @ 50 000km
Clutch @ 60 000km
Brake disks @ 60 000km
Transponder sensor after 60 000km
went through two sets of brake pads all round
New set of tyres
At the time of trade in, it needed bearings and shocks

2013 Audi A3
86 000km and only have it for 5 month
Clutch replaced not long after the purchase.
No issues since...

I should have kept my Mk1 :(
