The little 21.5" seems like a great deal. Wonder if it will come here sub 10k? The entry level previous gen costs 12 999. :(

Sigh, it get so boring. You know, some people just like nice things. Get a wheel barrel and a donkey, it'll get you to work as well so get rid of your car. Donk.

I'd like to see you build a windows pc with Apple MAC'S Thunderbolt tech. Yes go to sleep now, playtime is over.

i noticed the specs say "Harddrive 1" does this mean there could be space for an additional HDD?

Nope, it's just an indicator for a footnote. BUT, when i played around with maxing out the 27" BTO earlier, I did see the option of ordering a 27" with an SSD and a HDD (256GB + 2TB max) - pricey though.

Oh my lulz

Cool :) next upgrade to my MacbookPro will be an iMac !!

I hope it is configurable here in SA also. I think we usually only get the base models. I'd like the i7 version but no idea if will be able to get it.

How does one go about importing an upgraded i7 model to SA? Can someone clarify how this is done?

Yes it can be done, I did it for my 27". Go the US online Apple Store and configure the spec that you would like. Take a screenshot, print it out and take it to an iStore, Digicape etc. They will then give you a quote based on your spec. 50% is required to be paid upfront and then it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery.
