The Nicholas Ninow Rape Case and Trial

So I have another question, if you were this POS parent, how would you handle this? Would you support him, disown him, etc?

It was done to me as a child, I do not want to do the same to anybody although I would easily do worse to him.

To be fair, you don't know when the video was taken.

The mob could very well be responsible for the blood and the lack of clothes.

I read about the phycology behind it because I wanted to know why it happened to me.

It's really ****ed up I never felt anything sexual for children though. My view is that certain broken things should be terminated...

I don't know what I would do. I guess it's one of those things you don't know until you're in that situation.

I feel sorry for the child and her parents, I feel sorry for the POS parents and his fiance.
 
Sad thing is, if they are going to do a toxicology report and find cocaine in his blood he might come off with a suspended sentence despite that video showing he had his senses with him.

I was wondering how the blood got on his chest. A logical explanation would say it was from a beating.

That doesn't mean he didn't rape her. That is pretty much a given at this point. All I was pointing out is that you don't really know the timing of this video in relation to the events.

Not sure if this will stand in court though. I know a few that snort, they have yet to sexually assault a person.

Let's hope he doesn't, lands in prison, the inmates find out what he did, and literally rip him a bigger hole every night.
