Barring a technicality he'll definitely get at least life which I think is the prescribed sentence for child rape. I'm sure his legal team (depending on how his family support him lawyer-wise) will try to have him sent for evaluation at a psyche facility.

Yup, cursory look through recent(ish) judgements seems that Life is the sentence that gets dished out more often than not... saw 1 or 2 at 20 years, but nothing below that...
 
I went to Checkers in Virginia last night on my way home. Parked in the undground parking, and as I got to the stairs to up to the store, there was a little girl, probably not much older than 6 totally on her own, no parents or older sibilings in sight, and she was happily chatting to the security guard.

Seem's some people haven't heard about this. A few days ago I probably would not have paid any attention to this or it wouldn't have have regisitered.

Not even probably, they definitely will.

It won't necessarily change him being sentenced, but it might be used in mitigation so that he spends the duration of his sentence in a mental facility rather than a normal jail.. (which for one I hope nobody buys into, this fscker needs to go to normal jail in my opinion and suffer the consequences of that)

I think all the twitards would feel like total chops when the state declines or is unable to prosecute the guy because he won't be able to get a fair trial given all the coverage and whatnot that they've caused. Don't know if the state can /would actually be unable to prosecute due to it. But then again because of the general IQ of the twitards they would not put 2 and 2 together.

Lol. This isn't America and we don't have jury trials, so that defense won't work.

That is not going to happen. A bunch of people sharing a video would not be a reason to decline a trial.

Either you sit with your kids in the play area, or the child minder tells you that the kid wants to go piss or whatever. Everybody is very clever after the fact. Unless I'm completely ignorant, this is pretty much an isolated incident of this happening. It's not a thing that happens all the time.

And yes, I agree, this guy needs punishment.
