The Nicholas Ninow Rape Case and Trial

Wild speculation here.
He lawyers will claim he used drugs and the combination of it and alcohol caused him to act out of his senses.
The police will not have done drug test so black people will complain police are protecting him
Black twitter and political parties will claim white privilege and turn this into a political issue.
However the fact that he tried to destroy evidence, and his denials were caught on video means he is going to get max sentence. No lawyer is going to help him get out of that stupidity.

It should rather be #southafricansaremorons, because they jump on any bandwagon to push an agenda making everything about themselves instead of a poor kid that was raped by a sick savage.

Only if they say the "K" word... a sentence for pedophilia might still be in the air, the police might not have taken the investigation seriously or gathered all the evidence properly.

I think Being intoxicated doesn't really affect your guilt or innocence of the crime- but can be taken into consideration at the time of the sentencing - if he is found guilty and of what exactly.
 
Someone should tell the mob that cut off that criminals dingers for stealing some ladies bank card they had the wrong person - we found the right person here

Does him admitting guilt increase the chances of a more lenient sentence?
