YFM has confirmed that it has fired its senior content producer for her racial remarks on Twitter over convicted child rapist Nicholas Ninow.
On October 16, the radio station said, it was brought to its attention via YFM social media platforms that independent contractor and senior content producer Camagwini Mavovana had posted racially discriminatory commentary on her personal social media account relating to a matter of broad public interest.
The post in question stated: "Nicholas is representing his race well. Amnesia is something they're good at, especially when they have to take accountability. Let the dog rot in jail and call it a day."
There are hundreds of these post that Ninow is a representation of whites and their privilege. Good to see one person go fired because of it.

So I guess she takes accountability for all the robberies and rapes and thefts and murder done by other black people?

So this guy is now applying for leave to appeal the conviction after first pleading guilty? I know his plea was rejected and it went to trial but he still pled guilty.

What he did was an act of barbarism and on level playing field should rot in jail but lets not fool ourself about actual gangsters who get either off on R500 bail and the docket just get lost or they get sentenced to a few months in prison over killing and raping their own sisters in their own community.
If our justice system is really fair and balanced then we should probably pay Nicholas a grant for a job well done considering it seems the crazy, barbaric and mentally challenged run the country these days and get rewarded for it.
Again I am not justifying Nicholas actions but our country is batsh!t insane considering the amount of damage done to EVERYONE by our politicians with plenty of evidence against them yet no prosecutions or life in prison. Lets not fool ourself what the corrupt government have done probably let to thousands of suicides, family breakups and general financial instability which causes all kinds of crazy to occur in direct relation to plundering our economy.

Nope, a trial is still required.
There's been many a loony that pleads guilty to a crime they didn't commit - of course that's obviously not the case here, but the law does not arbitrarily accept the word of a suspect.

And here we have it ladies and gentlemen. Instead of just accepting his plea they insisted on grandstanding and now he's appealing.
Not really. You can still appeal based on new evidence. If you're found guilty however you can also appeal based on the evidence presented. The caveat is that if you're granted a new trial it also sets aside the agreed sentence and you can get a longer one so most people don't follow that route as it's just as good as going to trial in the first place.
