The official Battlefield 4 thread

Are there enough people on local servers or shall I wait for Friday?
 
How many local servers are there? are they even out ? :confused:
 
We managed to get to 6v6 last night, and at the time there were 2 servers with 1 person on each, so there are enough to jam.

We have changed the map rotation now to include conquest and rush maps alternatively. So join tonight on the [LAB] server :D
 
NNNOOOO, my line has been down the whole day and Telkom is saying it's cable sabotage. This will probably take long to sort out :twisted::twisted::twisted:
 
50% downloaded in past 24 hrs for me...so should be done by 8pm Thursday night....just in time . Ill wait for offical SA launch , lol

Loved the Beta so cant bloody wait to get back in....
 
i got insane Rubberbanding on s.a server :(

europe server seems to be fine , i really hope our servers gets better.
 
so you telling me i need to buy cod ghosts to play fps games locally? :p

yeah will just use Eu servers for now
 
The servers will sort themselves out soon enough. I played on one last night for a few minutes before doing the campaign and it wasnt bad beside the crashes. That is a Dice/PunkBuster issue and not our servers though.

What really made me rage is I did the entire campaign and then saw on battlelog that it doesnt show anything. No unlocks or dog tags. Blame it on the constant crashes which hopefully the new amd 13.11 beta 8 drivers fix

That sucks big time, I did a bit of campaign last night and I can see my progress.

What time tomorrow do is the game supposed to open?
 
I had a bit of trouble at the part where you get into the van with your buddies and have to drive straight then take a sharp right, i end up trapped unable to proceed to the checkpoint lol.
Its when everything is dark and smokey and you have to smash into wire fencing to proceed.

Well now, game is released tomorrow, have a work function till late and then out the country on Saturday for 2 weeks. So i am missing out on the launch. Le sigh.

I hope there are lots of bugs :p

I've had no issues with the server, except according to telkom my adsl line was sabotaged / stolen 2 days ago so I've been playing though my phone's LTE which is a bit unstable sometimes
