The official Battlefield 4 thread

I'd like to list all games except those with zero players. Not easy.
 
There's a very simple tick box system in the filters to remove "empty" servers.
 
is it possible to host my own server just to play with friends?

I would prefer not to, but what alternatives do we have in SA? You can either play BF or CoD, because nobody is playing any of the other shooters.

I've only been playing the game a week now, but my experience has been stable so far. No crashes or serious bugs in-game, yet. Most of my issues are with Battlelog itself.
 
Hopefully the Community Test Environment will sort out the last of the issues. I've played on it and it does feel better in terms of hit registration and with less dying behind corners and such. Even better with local pings once it gets publically released.

In terms of crashes, I've had about one in the last 3/4 months and that might even just be a result of messing with my memory frequency. Unfortunately to get that level of stability, the end user has to do a few things like disable UPnP, disable Origin in-game, remove superflous audio drivers installed by Nvidia or AMD and a disable core parking to name a few of the fixes, which the end user shouldn't have to do, but at least it's properly stable once you do that.

Takealot had it for R219 over the weekend, I bought 2. I just had a look and when clicking on the link on my purchase history, I get the following:

"WELL… THIS IS AWKWARD!

For the record, GF bought from prepaidgamer, key works fine.
 
Stupid question... my son just installed Navel strike 4 from the key card in the box, and now it has downloaded in Origin.

How does he actually launch the game?
