So United are ***** half of the time, but Liverpool are ***** ALL of the time?

If United pull off a result at White Hart Lane this game week, I rekon there is nothing to stop them from winning the EPL.
Amen brother!

Here's an interesting stat.

Manure have won only 2 of their 9 away games!

5 Manchester United 9 2 7 0 14 12 2 13

That's OK, there's only one stat that matters:
1 Manchester United 20 12 8 0 43 19 24 44

That's top of the League. I'm just saying because you might not recognise it :p

Breaking News:

Due to the financial constraints of rising debt, Manchester United Football club had to terminate the contracts of 15 staff member at the club this week. Management spoke of their dissapointment, but maintained that this was unavoidable.

The 5 referees and 10 linesmans were seen protesting outside Old Trafford yesterday and is said to be devestated.

I laughed, then I saw your disclaimer. If you're gonna poke fun at someone, don't put in a disclaimer. It just lessens the effect.

I think heads should role at Liverpool, players heads that is.
If United do eventually win it should mean SAF will retire :D

Correct on both counts. I think that if he won the EPL last season he would have retired already - he wants to leave as the champion (cannot blame him!)

This is when you know things are bad... when Man C are on SS3 while Chelsea are on SS7... I thought Chelsea vs Blackburn would be bigger than Man C vs Wolves :(

Chelsea were always on SS7, even last season when we were doing bloody well other teams were preferred to us.

Nah dont seem to remember that. I know that when big teams played against each other they were favoured but I seem to remember CHelsea being on SS3 a lot.

I dunno, s'far as I can remember (and it's only the last four years mind), there've always been other favourites for televised footy matches. United, Arsenal, Liverpool... all would get better coverage (and with good reason). The EPL wants to push City into better timeslots because they have spent big and can showcase big money signings (even if their footy is crap).

Only his first year, Chelsea had prime time slots (Mondays, Sunday Marquee game) a year or two previously... when they started "rising to the top" so to speak. After that first Mourinho season it was back to promoting other teams. IIRC.

Personally I don't mind who plays because both games have a big & small team, also City are higher than Chelsea.

The truth is the league needs a team like that it adds to the variety of the league. mind you Mourinho at Chelsea was the king of annoying football, how many times I haved tuned into a chelsea match to see them losing 1-0 and just when you think they going to lose they score 2 goals at the death:mad:
